The Bath House

• All RV sites are rented on a daily basis.
• No drunkenness will be allowed.
• The park will be monitored for security reasons by the RV park staff.
• A minimum of park lights will be used for security and walking safety to rest rooms.
• The RV park will be maintained to be clean and meeting RV Association standards.
• If excessive visitors occur or security problems arise then a visitors fee will be assessed.
• Guests limited to the recommended capacity set by the manufacturer unless approved otherwise.
• Vehicles limited to one unless otherwise approved.
• No loud noises will be permitted after 10:00 pm.
• Sewer sealing rings will be required.
• Drainage of gray water and/or sewer on ground will not be allowed.
• No washing of cars, R.V.s or campers.
• Checkout time is 11:00 am
• Pool hours are 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
• No unattended pets (leash laws applied)  Visitors will be required to clean up after their pets.
• Use of trash receptacles is required.
• Campfires permitted on graveled areas only or fire rings where available.
• A gate at the bridge entrance may be locked if required for security reasons.
• Firecrackers, fireworks, firearms and obscene language are not permitted.
• Creek side fishing only on RV park property and must meet TN State fishing laws and regulations.
• Boundary lines will be identified to keep visitors vehicles inside the park complex.
• Pets will be limited to domestic dogs and cats only.
